He has a fireman hat. He's rude to the kids but the kids just remove his fireman hat to behave. He can't fight them off because he has no arms. Some kid puts a firecracker in his mouth. He swallows it and he can breathe fire. He then forces one of the kids to give him fire axe arms and goes on a rampage.
