Teddie ‘Ted’ Duran is the polar opposite of Carter (his best friend), as he is a very serious person who tries to stay in line in the orphanage. Since Carter gets into trouble often, Ted’s always there to clean up the mess with him. On the rare occasion that Ted has a minor slip-up, Carter will always “confess” to the crime. Ted tries to be serious at all times, but he can be found laughing at Carter’s jokes on certain occasions. Ted’s parents left him at the orphanage when he was 9.
