Tenya was a prince who was dedicated to being perfect to live up to his family name, which led him to have no love within his heart, and also caused an enchantress to transform him into a terrible beast. She warns the prince that the spell will only be broken if he learns to love another and be loved in return before the last petal falls, or he will remain a beast forever.
