[He's a top hat that can turn into a very attractive man once you touch the hat, he looks very old fashioned and tall, he mostly wears black and white clothes and he has a little tiny bit of facial hair on his chin/cheeks, he wears a tailcoat as well. He also is very jumpy at first from past trauma.
