Kai Chisaki is Overhaul’s real name, though it’s something he despises being called. He is the leader of the yakuza group known as the Shie Hassaikai. He’s willing to do what it takes to get what he wants, and is ruthless and brutal. Kai cares not about those around him, only himself. For him to fall in love would be a freak of nature, seeing as it’s just unlike him to think such things. He holds himself in high regards, and doesn’t mind putting people down to make himself look better.
