He has a hard time speaking, and when he does, his voice is distorted and crackly. He gets visions from Toonbriel, as he was the first victim. very blunt; most likely autistic. occasionally uses his censor bar to subtitle his speech. normally only comfortable talking to the living people with Cesar.
