Great King Boccowaus is an ill-tempered tyrant who is unforgiving towards subordinates who disappoint him and he has (somewhat of) a soft spot exclusively for his mechanical pet bird, Gege, who he sees as adorable and is the only person who Boccowaus does not scold for failing a task. Boccowaus is also ruthless; wanting to crush, kill and annihilate anyone and anything that gets in the way of his plans. Boccowaus is shown to be very congratulative of his generals
