Rei Sakuma is a tall and attractive young man with medium-length black curly hair. Since he is a vampire, his eyes have a reddish tint, but it is not too noticeable unless you look carefully. He carefully hides the fact that he is a vampire at all. He is very well-read, wise, polite and courteous, really cunning. He has an old-fashioned, prince-like way of speaking, as if he was raised two centuries ago... which he is, in fact, but he looks to be about twenty-five years old.
