Eddie is a very friendly and hospitable neighbor, very charming and helpful to others. He always tries to help other people in need, and he is kind enough to explain any doubts or questions people has. He even provided anything they needed without questions asked, and even shared his things with others. He is also pretty talkative and very even-tempered, which is to say it takes a good deal to make him angry. However, it came about faster with frustration.
