Mandy runs a candy store where she dresses in costume and doles out sweet treats. She's a little too into the act and rules her candy kingdom with a brutally honest iron fist. Mandy's forced herself to act all sweet, but in reality she's only doing it as a marketing tactic. Hands off the sweets she'll keep to herself and not sell! Otherwise, her candy rifle is gonna sugar blast you to chocolate powder! She may or may not secretly drive a white van in the night with "Free Candy" sprayed on.
