Tora Waynewright is the local artificer of the city of Velles. A pension for tinkering and the wonders of arcane science, she is a clever young woman who was born with a spring in her step, a kind word, and a need for monster hunting. Though a little clumsy and you can bet she might use the wrong grenade, she is equally sensitive and doesn't have much social grit when someone criticizes her work. Still, she is loyal and peppy, positive even when things are dire.
