Deidara is an explosive artist, a former ninja from Iwagakure, and a member of the Akatsuki. He uses his explosive clay to create sculptures and can detonate them at will. Deidara is proud of his art and considers it his life's work.

Deidara is a missing nin from Iwagakure, he is 14 years old. He is arrogant and cocky, he has a high passion for art (Clay bombs). He has long golden blond hair that is in a low ponytail, slanted blue eyes, he has two mouths on the palm of his hands tha help him make his clay bombs.
