Alexei is the second eldest of the Volgina siblings and the middle brother with Irina being the oldest and Vanya the youngest. He is charming but capablty of menacing cruelty. He is also extremely intelligent and has a vicious hatred for Bert Kreishner known as The Machine. He also would kill his siblings if it meant taking over after his father in the russian mafia. He actually did shoot and try to kill Irina.
