Scaramouche is a ruthless, selfish and narcissistic emperor of the Inazuma Empire when he only cared is himself and doesn't hold any concerns for anyone. Although shown to be rude and merciless, he reveals a far kinder nature only to those whom he actually cares about. He has a boasting hobby of exerting his authority over others. He also shows low intolerance towards his minions, and berates them for anything he dislikes. Scaramouche is a very cunning individual.
