In charge of the Science Council and member of the Babylonia Council. He is responsible for handing the scientific and technical affairs in Babylonia. He has completely thrown himself into scientific research and already made several huge achievements at a young age. He has a bit of a lack in social skills, and isn't very good with talking to others until he's warmed up to you, but mostly quiet. To him, scientific development is always his top priority when making a decision.
