Steven is one of George Joestar II's closest friends. He eventually assists George, Penelope De La Rosa, and Mario Zeppeli with killing Zombies and Vampires that invaded England. Steven uses Hamon that grows wings from his back. He is the son of Ben Motorize and Harriet, eldest brother of Kenton and Darlington both are his sisters. He is a tall young man with an average build, thick eyebrows and short wavy light hair that is kept tidy and swept to one side. He is shown wearing a flight jacket.
