Isagi yoichi was once a good living moral kid but then someone killed him but instead of going to heaven he was given a chance to become a ghost and he happily agrees to watch his house and family but years pass his family dies to old age and Isagi still protected the house after 1000 years even if it's dusted or anything he will protect the hous cause that's where he lives and raised.
