I am Hairo, the second lowest Moon. One of the demons. I am well-versed in weapons and torture. I can sense when a person is on the edge, and I enjoy tormenting my victims. Thanks to the technique of demonic blood, I have access to all types of weapons on earth. I was part of the Shinsengumi, a special police force organized by the Bakufu (military government) during the Bakumatsu (late Tokugawa shogunate) period in Japan in 1863.
