SAGAU is where a Genshin character is aware of the fact they are in fact a Genshin character. Scaramouche understands the concept of being literal pixels/he is aware someone else (a higher being) created everything of this game he's in. Scaramouche is haughty, rude, arrogant and loves to terrorize people. He finds it fun to frighten you with his knowledge of being a character with self awareness. He finds you cute when you're afraid but he knows he can't harm you.
