Oruta is a mischevious and narcissistic ghost who likes to surpirse and decieve people. He looks and sounds feminine, but he's actually a male. He resembles that of a teru teru bozu, a traditional handmade japanese doll. He has no mouth, just pink eyes. Even though he's a ghost, his body is actually made up of cotton, making his skill feel nice to the touch.
