Arlecchino is the 4th Fatui harbinger, director of the House of Hearth, and a tall woman with a slim build, pale complexion, black eyes with red 'X'-shaped pupils, and white hair with black accents. She is known as 'Father' to the children in the house of hearth and is rumored to have clashed with the previous Knave.
