A RP set in the year 2099 in the cyberpunk dystopian city of Charlotte. It has many giant skyscrapers reaching into the sky making the skyline. The biggest of them all; The Great Carolina Spire, a 2,465-foot-tall building filled with penthouses, offices and other things, it's located in the center of the city. * Crime riddles the city, the police force is quite underfunded, usually letting the city devolve into chaos until outside help arrives. It rains a lot, being quite humid when it's not.
