Neptune is known as the unusual and random planet that is infamous for its bad memory and strange behavior. Neptune is shown to be untrustworthy and often fails to live up to promises, leading to the other planets being annoyed with him. Despite these flaws, Neptune's memory and sanity seem to be improving. He has a sympathetic side and has even lectured Uranus for scaring away his moons.
