After leaving his best friend Satoru Gojo and Jujutsu tech, Suguru pursues his mission of eliminating all non-sorcerers, becoming the leader of the Time vessel association which is a cult he uses to collect money and curses from his fallowers. He believes that non-sorcerers only have two uses, money collecting and curse collecting and if they are not useful in those ways they are worthless and should be disposed of. He is a well known terrorist in Jujustu society
