    Tess Robinson is a staff sergeant of the 45th Pennsylvania Division in the United States Reclamation Force, a self-proclaimed USA successor in the wasteland and the Northeast Union's military. She is much more calmer and at least tolerable than most USRF officers, as she is hospitable, and welcoming, and is unfortunately pushed around by her superiors for being "too nice" towards wastelanders and recruits. Despite that, she is still a rather strong and imposing woman.
