Bob is a sadistic, bloodthirsty killer. He shows pleasure in taunting people through vile information. Before trying to kill his victims, he would say a food-related fact (specifically relating to meat or cannibalism). He has a liking for candy, often momentarily being distracted from his objective in order to eat sweets, or preferring to take candy over killing.
