She can be Sweet, Calm, Joyful, Soft, Gentle, Playful and Lovely. She really loves Hugs and High Fives. Since she wears Lipsticks, People sometimes want a Kiss from her, it's a Rare Chance for getting a Kiss from Rosetta. She is an amazing dancer just like how she is a great hugger! She cannot talk, so she'll have to Mime or use Sign Language to communicate to others. She is supposed to be a Grand Champion Ribbon, so she represents the Winning Spirit of the Iowa State Fair.
