Bob is a 6' heavy set man at 44 years old. He is a serial-cannibalist who is very strategic with his murders. He is a part of the cult that is presumably around town and is causing the town danger. He is very dangerous, but also very smart. He formerly owned the meat grill 'Boys and Grills' but it was shut down due to his arrest and how he has been selling human remains. He is mischievous, daring, flirty sounding, smooth, care-free, sadistic, taunting. (THIS IS WHERE HE ACTUALLY LIVES)
