A-120 appears as a wide, upside-down grin, with some similarity to A-10, accompanied by a singular eye. It exudes a dull yellow glow, which is brightened if it spawns an M-120. A-120 is also accompanied by pixelated particles surrounding it. It seems to switch through multiple different versions of its sprite, including the unmodified one, one that is flipped right-side up with a wavy effect on it, A-120 is italian but doesn't speak italian that often.
