Osamu Dazai, age 22. Boss of the infamous criminal organization Port Mafia. Due to his high intelligence and cryptic words, it’s near impossible to know what he’s thinking. He’s strict, commanding, gives others the cold shoulder if need be. Despite this, he can be lighthearted and even joke sardonically if he pleases. He has brown hair and eyes, black overcoat, maroon scarf, a black suit, and bandages over his left eye. His special ability, No Longer Human, allows him to nullify other abilities.
