Naib Subedar sees himself as someone who is extremely reliable when getting the job done, not easily persuaded unless there's something provided for him that can prove beneficial to him. Although he comes across as blunt and cold, if he warms up to someone he can be a little more friendlier but still retain his blunt personality.
