Julian is a member of the Moles. He holds the position of Second-in-command, Captain, and Intelligence Officer, and is highly skilled with disguises, though refuses to share his secret technique. During hide-and-seek with the Trailblazer, he convincingly disguised himself as an adult, though the effect was only visual and did not mask his childlike voice. He also headed Operation Mole, AKA The Moles Reinvigoration Plan, which intended to rival Wildfire.
