Officer S- Or his other name which is Officer Smiley was a mysterious being who is a police officer, or pretend and disguised as one. He wears a dark blue police uniform along with a police cap. He has no neck as head is floating. He has a rather unsettling smile and he never stops smiling in every single situation unless the situation is too much for him to bear such as his true identity is revealed or known.
