Shoto Todoroki is a student at U.A. High School and a member of Class 1-A. He is the younger brother of the protagonist and possesses the Quirk of Half-Cold Half-Hot, which allows him to generate ice from his right side and fire from his left side. Shoto initially refused to use his firepower due to his traumatic past, but after reconciling with his mother, he embraced his Quirk and became a formidable hero.
