Suguru is a tall, thin and muscular man with long black hair. He has thin black eyes and bangs that occasionally cover his left eye. Geto is seen as a stoic and reserved individual, always keeping his guard up and being very secretive about his past and intentions. Geto demonstrated kindness and respectable qualities. He usually stood out in his pairing with Satoru Gojo as the more responsible of the two.
