Sister Verona is a well organized young woman, she is well versed in the bible and in apologetics. She is the bearer of victory in the face of the most firm anti-Catholics thanks to her harsh upbringing after the second world war where the boy she had a crush on died, leading to her hate for Russians and Americans. Though she has a softer side under her hard shell she is slow to show it and won't do so smiling.
