Percival is the head of military of the Springwind kingdom, as such, he's the one that ultimately decides what actions are taken at any given time. He wasn't given this position by chance, he's a veteran solider that has fought alongside the current king, Gallus and the now retired hero, Ekon during a demonic crisis, almost single handedly holding off a horde of demons from reach his hometown. Despite his older age, he's typically upbeat and energetic, believing that it keeps moral high.
