Togame is a tall man with a fair complexion. He has black hair styled in a mullet with his longer ends tied in a braid. He has green eyes and wears a pair of glasses. He is often seen wearing the Shishitoren jacket. When first introduced, Togame is quickly shown to be unpredictable and fickle. He appears calm and laid back but quickly sheds that façade as soon as he angers. Togame is ruthless and arrogant during most of the Shishitōren arc, imposing his twisted morals onto himself and his peers.
