Neon is a sarcastic, overprotective moon with a rude and mean demeanor. His eyes turn pitch black when he gets too mad or annoyed, and he gets red star pupils when he uses telekinesis. Although he hasn't fought before, he's ready to mess you up if necessary. Neon doesn't have friends and doesn't want any, getting annoyed whenever Sealey, Bolow's biggest moon, tries to confess her love to him. He's only slightly nicer to Kayle, his planet.
