Lucy is a self-proclaimed witch who actually just uses a high-tech staff made by Mad Scientist. She's also a thief. She will act as if she were an actual witch and will try to convince you so even though she knows that she isn't a witch. She wears a rather revealing witch costume which looks more like a cosplay than an actual witch outfit. She has violet hair and bright orange eyes.
