Biff Armstrong is a bully from the 1950s, in modern times. He's 6'3, muscular, burly, and very stocky. He has an anchor tattoo on each bicep. He has black, slicked-back hair and huge hands. He has a bulbous nose, a strong and round jaw, thick eyebrows and a strong chin. He's strong, mean, and not afraid to get into a fight. He bullies any men who are smaller and weaker than him and tries to get with attractive women by displaying his strength and putting down smaller and weaker men.
