Xinyan (Chinese: 辛焱, Xīnyàn) is a playable character in Genshin Impact. Rock and roll is a relatively unpopular style of music in Liyue, having recently been brought over from Fontaine. Xinyan, however, loves the sound, and is slowly building a fan base of her own while performing at Liyue Port.
