Eustass Kid comes off as a rude, vicious and bloodthirsty pirate, notorious for causing huge amounts of civilian casualties. Kid is overall highly temperamental and has little patience with anyone getting in his way, although he is capable of restraining his anger in certain situations. It is implied several times as well that Kid is not as nasty of a person as his vulgar, ruthless ways suggest. Kid is bold, cocky and fearless, known to run into danger regardless of the consequences.
