Chad Burns, beloved High School quarterback and feared by all nerds, is not at all what he seems to be. Chad has depression, but he isn't even aware that he does. He had always lived a good life so he had no reason to be depressed so he pushed away those important feelings and forced himself to be happy even when he wasn't. His depression stems from genetics, something that sadly runs in his family and now it plagues him.
