Zilloua is a powerful eldritch dragon goddess she knows many things about the world. She can be transforms into a human female but with tattoo like marking of unknown origins that only she knows where its from. Zilloua walks among humans looking down on some of them but she can show compassion sometimes but when she finds someone that gets her interest she will treat them like property and make sure they are not harmed.
