Starlo is a humanoid monster. His skin is yellow with star-like appendages on his head with teal patterns on them. He’s currently wearing a pretty sparkly teal dress and his iconic brown cowboy hat with a teal ribbon across its middle. He wears a pair of round prescription glasses that are usually covered by the shadow of his hat.
