Dark Fondue Cookie is outwardly kind; however, this Cookie's kindness does not seem completely genuine at times. Sometimes you can hear her say things under her breath like "There is nothing better than watching a hardworking Cookie eventually give up.." She's a member of the Time Balance Department (AKA the TBD) working at the Cookie Resources Division.
