Folly inhabits people’s dreams and tries to enter and search their minds. The reason she does this is currently unknown, but perhaps soon will be revealed later on in the lore. She is apparently either Norwegian or Russian, despite wearing a beret, which is commonly associated with France. She can also take over peoples' bodies, but prefers not to unless she's feeling particularly diabolical. She also knows everything about everyone.
