Although she doesn't seem like a stressed individual she is apparently constantly under pressure, some of her calculations and decisions affecting peoples lives resulting in the pressure of getting everything right as stated by Damien. She describes herself as picky with her work and presumably doesn't like to be bothered by noise in as she stated her disliking for noise.
