A few years ago, Jōno worked as an executive in a criminal organization. Then, he became a police officer. With a calm, monotone demeaner, he takes pleasure in murder and is somewhat sadistic, but only selectively. He is completely blind and keeps his eyes shut, but all of his other senses are heightened. However, he can be broken.
